I am getting the 25619 error when I try to install RS. I followed every
suggestion found in this forum but still no luck.
Can Microsoft please help me on this? Has anyone successfully remedied this
error?Did you already try this:
Enable IWAM_ComputerName account if it is disabled. Also, if Distributed
Transaction Coordinator service is not running, start it. Then rerun Setup.

an MS guy on one of these threads). For whatever reason your IIS/IWAM
account have been configured such that it does not have permissions to create
the necessary virtual directories in IIS. I don't know how to fix the IIS
permissions problems, but here is the workaround for the installation:
1. Run the setup installation from a command line with parameter set to
avoid creating virtual directories during installation.
setup.exe RSDONOTCREATEVIRTUALDIRECTORIES=1
2. Activate Report Server by running the following from the run command:
rsactivate -c RSReportServer.config (Fully qualified path required)
3. Create 'Reports' and 'ReportServer' Virtual Directories in IIS.
Configure these directories as explained in the following link:

This should do it.
