32 bit CLR-code and 64 bit SQLServer

Hello,
is it possible to deploy CLR-code developed with a 32 bit VS.NET on a
32 bit machine to a 64 bit SQLServer?

As long as the 32 bit is CLR 2.0 and built with the AnyCPU flag (or the 64-
bit CPU flag).
