I've been trying to get around the 25619 error for the last few days, I've
managed to do the command line install as described in other posts on this
board.
The problem we have now is with the actual configuration of the virtual
directories. The problem comes with trying to configure the report server
itself and it seems a really stupid error! Instructions are to remove all
existing application extensions and add a new one with a wildcare (*) in the
extension box. We have tried this (several times) but each time get the
message "extension format invalid". This is really frustrating... especially
as we seem to be so near.
Anyone got any suggestions? We are running server 2003 if this helps!Try .*
